A purpose-built 25 mm insulated sandwich floor for Mercedes-Benz Sprinter and first-generation Volkswagen Crafter campervan conversions. Its three-layer construction combines a protective aluminium underside, an XPS insulation core and a high-strength aluminium top surface.

Vehicle compatibility

Suitable for Mercedes-Benz Sprinter W906 and W907, and Volkswagen Crafter first generation. Designed for vans from 2006 onwards with the sliding door on the right-hand side.

Configuration and installation

Choose the correct van length and optional floor finish. The L2 floor is supplied in three sections; the L3 floor is supplied in four sections. Dry-fit and check all panel positions and OEM-hole alignment before riveting. Installation should be carried out by a competent converter or technician.
